Each Chakra pulse roller contains 3 essential oils, relevant to that Chakra, a Top, Heart & Base Note Essential Oil. Top note Essential Oils we smell immediately after the blend first touches our skin & lasts approximately thirty minutes.  Once the initial top note burst of scent fades, the heart note become the essence & 'heart' of the scent. Base note Essential oils last the longest and the one we remember the most. We have carefully selected each top, heart & base note essential oil to each of our energy Chakras.

Roll onto our pulse points with light pressure, our wrists, temples, behind the ears and even the base of the feet. Breathe in deeply through the nose & exhale through our mouth. Repeat 3 times. Upward facing dog, stimulates our heart chakra energy channel, enhancing us to spread joy & love to others & ourselves, our body will also enjoy the benefits of this wonderful chest opener.
