I LOVE being a Pilates & Pilates Fusion instructor, & have a warm & fun approach; you have to love the classes including your heart to enjoy the class!
A Level 3 Pilates Instructor, qualified in Pre & Postnatal, Reformer, Purestretch & Ballet Barre Instructor, & qualified in Swedish Massage with Dip.SBM accreditation. Undergraduate in Applied Psychology & a Diploma in Referral to Exercise, allowing me to work closely with the medical community, which includes, post knee & hip surgery, Neurological conditions, menopause, depression & low self esteem.
